This is first of two major revisions rumored for the new iPhone flagship - Apple is set to overhaul the squared off design which has been with us since the iPhone 4, with the iPhone 6 sporting a more rounded, slimmer body.
There's even word that the new iPhone could also be waterproof, bringing it inline with the Xperia Z3 and Galaxy S5.

The second big talking point surrounding the iPhone 6 is its display, and it looks like Apple will finally give its smartphone division the bump in screen size some people have been asking for, for years.
Word is the iPhone 6 will sport a 4.7-inch display, turning up alongside the 5.5-inch iPhone 6L.
With the iPhone 5S sporting what is now considered a lowly Retina resolution of 1136 x 640, hopes are the iPhone 6 will pack in more pixels and the most recent rumors are saying it'll be 1134 x 750.
That's hardly inspiring, but there's still a chance of a full HD display with a number of resolutions still being bandied about.
There's also talk of the screen on the new iPhone being "unbreakable", with multiple sources suggesting the display will be protected by super tough sapphire crystal glass.
This is a more expensive material, and some rumors contradict these reports claiming Apple will only use it on a special premium variant, or even avoid it altogether.

It appears that the iPhone 6 is set to pack in a quad-core A8 processor, which should give it a considerable boost over the 1.3GHz dual-core A7 chip lumped into the iPhone 5S.
When it comes to RAM it may just sport 1GB, the same as the 5S.
